As Vice President of the Henry Retail Group, Amelia and her team specializes in Retail Investment Sales along with Landlord/Tenant Representation.
Amelia brings with her more than 20 years of real estate experience in the Las Vegas market. Her foundation in real estate appraisal paved the way for a successful transition into commercial real estate, formerly at Logic Commercial Real Estate and previously within the Retail Division at Colliers International. Presently, Amelia and her team proudly represent a diverse clientele, encompassing both private and corporate entities, preferred developers, private equity groups, franchisors, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists.
As a distinguished member of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Southern Nevada Chapter, Amelia has not only received recognition as the CCIM Outstanding Committee Member of the Year Award in 2016 but has also achieved her CCIM designation in 2018. Amelia also served as the former Scholarship Chair and as a past director on the board of the Southern Nevada Chapter.
